On Wednesday, Blue Cross visited school and led assembly. They shared information on how to care and look after pets.

I hope that you and your child are enjoying completing some of the 40 acts of love together. The teachers are going to try and find some time to allow the children to complete some during school time. Please could the children return their sheets and any photographs to school when we return from the Easter break on Tuesday 14^th April. The children who complete the 40 acts will receive a certificate and badge. Thank you for supporting your child with this.

Just a reminder…As per our no smoking policy, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed anywhere on the school grounds at any time of the day.  Please can you inform anyone who may drop off/collect your child and does not receive email communication or the newsletter regarding this policy. 

Next week, the choir travel to Blackburn to represent our school at Sing Together.  I am sure they will do us proud!

I am holding a Head teachers drop in on Thursday 12 March 2.30-3pm if anyone would like to meet with me.  Children finish at normal time.

Finally, we are really excited to have some new playground markings painted on our playgrounds. The children have chosen what they would like and the school council have made the final decision. Uni play will be in school next week to start the new designs. Photographs to follow!!!!
