Due to the improving weather we are seeing an increase in the number of children that are suffering from possible hayfever symptoms. Please ensure that they take any required medications before school, and that if they require any medication whilst in school that the medical forms have been completed via the school office.

Dates for your diary
Year 1 – on the 7th June will be visiting Legoland, Trafford Centre.
Year 2 – on the 6th July will be visiting Skipton Castle.
Year 4 – on the 7th June will be visiting the Maritime Museum, Liverpool.
Year 5 trip will be confirmed shortly.
Year 6 – on the 12th June will be attending the Leavers’ Service at Manchester Cathedral.
We have received written assurance from the management of the Trafford Centre which demonstrates the additional actions they have put in place as a result of the attack on the Manchester Arena. This information, when added to our own risk assessment process, is more than sufficient for us to have taken the decision to continue with the planned trip for Year 1. Any parents not allowing their child to go will not be able to receive a refund, and will be expected to bring their child to school for the day as normal, where we will provide alternative activities if this is needed.
Any payments due for the above trips can be made via ParentPay or the school office.
Can you please ensure that before and after school that no children play in the reception area playground. Staff members do tidy this area to ensure that all the equipment is accounted for, and we do not want any child to get hurt whilst they are not being supervised by a member of staff. Thank you.
